Interactive Masterplan

Tenison Heights is a masterplanned land & house community in Lochinvar, Hunter Region, developed by CPG Estates in partnership with Clarendon Homes & Domaine Homes. It spans about 22.14 hectares with 350 lots, designed to balance countryside serenity with urban convenience. Lot sizes range from 450 m² to 620 m². It features parks, walk and cycle paths, landscaped open space, display homes by trusted local builders, and is targeted at families, first-home buyers, and those seeking a relaxed lifestyle but still within reach of cities.


To support sales and marketing, IMMERSIV was engaged to provide an immersive digital experience and wrap it all in a presentation platform that works in the showroom and online.

• Large number of lots & home designs – With ~350 house & land packages, and multiple home designs to choose from, buyers need help visualising which home suits their lot, orientation, street front, views.


• Early-stage project, delivering trust & confidence – Because many buyers may not physically inspect lot vistas or full amenities early, marketing must help them imagine what their future will look like.
