Digitising a new city

Featuring six iconic towers, sustainability-led architecture, studio through penthouse residences, resort-style amenities, and smart urban context, Yenaier aims to deliver a modern, elevated lifestyle in harmony with nature and technology.

To fully express the vision, engage buyers early, accelerate decision making and maintain consistency across both online and offline channels, IMMERSIV was engaged to supply a full suite of immersive visual and presentation tools.

The Challenge

  • Multiple unit types & high variance: Yenaier includes studios, 1-, 2-, 3-BHK units and penthouses with large area ranges (from ~71 sqm up to ~462 sqm). Buyers needed to visualise the spaces, finishes, views and amenities for very different product types.
  • Urban scale & masterplan orientation: Understanding where towers sit within the masterplan, orientation, communal amenity relationships, landscape and view corridors was important.
  • Need for consistent, high fidelity marketing across phases: With a large development and phased release, static renders alone risk becoming out of date; maintaining freshness and transparency was essential.
  • Decision-making acceleration and buyer confidence: Particularly for international or remote buyers, ability to explore beyond static visualisations is a major plus. Also for sales team, for uniformity and reducing follow-ups or clarifications.
